OHHS Student Signs to Play Basketball at Tuskegee University
Ottawa Hills basketball player Aron Stewart signed to play with the Golden Tigers of Tuskegee University on May 15th. Aron Stewart has been a model student at Ottawa Hills High School.
City High Students Visit Costa Rica
The 3rd annual City High-Costa Rica trip took place in April. The group of 9 students and 2 staff experienced a 10 day trip throughout the bio-diverse and peace-loving nation.

Shawmut Hills Principal Goes to Moon
Shawmut Hills students read 238,900 minutes during March is Reading Month. That's the number of miles it takes to send someone to the moon. To celebrate, Principal Sara Melton blasted off for "the moon" during a short assembly and spent the rest of the afternoon on the roof in a "space ship" (canopy tent).
