Union High School Basketball Teams Holding Autism Awareness Night

Union High School’s varsity basketball teams will play against Kenowa Hills High School on Friday, February 7, 2014 to raise awareness about autism. There will be a half time shoot out and drawings for prizes. All proceeds from the games will go to Autism Support of Kent County. Admission is free with the purchase of an autism awareness t-shirt.

COST: General Admission tickets are $5. Admission is free with the purchase of an autism awareness t-shirt. T-shirts can be purchased for $10 at Union High School during lunch hours or by contacting Martha Knoll-Loader at 616-819-3918 or knoll-loaderm@grps.org. Support ribbons are also available for $1.

Two GRPS Alumni play in exhibition game against Indiana Hoosiers

 

The former Grand Rapids Public Schools alumni, Justin Keenan (Ottawa Hills) & Jerrell Sanders (Creston) play in the exhibition game against the Big Ten Indiana Hoosiers and look to lead Ferris State to a GLIAC title.
