Union will be on the visitor side of the field. Entrance is on the corner of Houseman Ave and Lyon.

Where can I get a free ticket?

Tickets are available online at (make sure to print out your ticket and bring it with you to the game)

Tickets are available in the buildings (Ottawa Hills and Union) Mon-Fri from 1pm-4pm starting August 18th until August 27th

How much are tickets?

Advanced tickets are FREE. Tickets at the door/gate will be $5.00 for everyone.

Where will you be sitting?

Ottawa Hills will be on the home side of the field. Entrance is on the corner of Fountain St. and Diamond.

Union will be on the visitor side of the field. Entrance is on the corner of Houseman Ave and Lyon.

Parking and Courtesy Shuttle Information

There are two lots for parking at Houseman Field.

There will also be overflow parking at Fuller St. Park and Innovation Central (on Lyon St.)

The courtesy shuttle bus making the loop between Houseman Field -> Fuller St. Park -> Innovation Central.

 

HOUSEMAN FIELD INFORMATION:

Parking Information

There are two lots for parking at Houseman Field that can be utilized by spectators.

Concessions

Full service concession stands are available around the stadium concourse.

Outside food or drink

No outside food or drinks will be allowed in the stadium.

Exit/Re-entry

Guests are not permitted to leave Houseman Field and return on the same ticket.

Back packs and bags

Back packs and bags are not allowed into the stadium.

Fan Conduct

Spectators who choose to not follow the code of conduct and cause disorder, disruption, or disturbances will be held accountable, results may include removal, and or a ban from attendance at future events. (In all cases the district reserves the right to refuse the admittance of any individual.)

Smoking

Houseman Field is a smoke-free stadium. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Houseman Field.

Junior guard Curtis Davison, has been selected as one the states top 20 shooters in the state. He has been invited to the 3 point shooting contest at Michigan State during the state finals on March 22. 5 teams competed at the Ottawa Hills Invitational this afternoon. While Ottawa Hills captured 7 of the 12 gold medals, it was Wayland with the depth to take the meet.

OHHS Boys Swim vs Catholic Central

Ottawa Hills increased their dual meet record to 6-1 tonight with a 101-85 win over Catholic Central. Ottawa Hills coach Eve Julian was thrilled with her team’s performance. “Catholic Central has a smaller team than usual this year, but we knew they still had a lot of talent and great coaching. We had a lot of guys really step up across the board and we had some really significant time drops. It was truly a team win.” Catholic Central nabbed first place finishes in the 50 free, Diving, 500 free, and the 200 free relay.

OHHS Myles Miller played of the week

MLive/Grand Rapids has announced its Grand Rapids Slam /Dunk Players of the Week.

Miller scored 27 points in Ottawa Hills’ 74-60 win against Wayland on Friday, enabling the Bengals to win their third straight and even their record at 3-3. Miller, a 5-foot-10 senior guard, was 11-of-13 from the free throw line. The Bengals will have a big challenge tonight when they play at 8-1 Kalamazoo Central.

Union High School Basketball Teams Holding Autism Awareness Night

Union High School Basketball Teams Holding Autism Awareness Night

Union High School’s varsity basketball teams will play against Kenowa Hills High School on Friday, February 7, 2014 to raise awareness about autism. There will be a half time shoot out and drawings for prizes. All proceeds from the games will go to Autism Support of Kent County. Admission is free with the purchase of an autism awareness t-shirt.
