About the school

The 6^th Grade Center for Economicology is a new educational choice offered by GRPS under the Centers of Innovation initiative, thanks to a public-private partnership with the Wege Foundation.  Economicology is a term coined by internationally recognized environmentalist Peter M. Wege.  This school is positioned to become the 6^th grade component of the region's first International Baccalaureate Middle Years program.  Enrollment is limited to 60 students and selection is based on test scores.
